However, most people forget to train the mind – the one part of the body that controls your behaviours.
Behaviours that have prevented you from success in the past
You need to identify WHY you want to lose weight or get into shape in the first place
Nobody wants to Just LOSE weight, as that’s not motivating
But lots of people want to lose weight or Tone up for another purpose
You need to get in touch with why losing weight is important and what you will get from living in your goal body

Once you can honestly say why you want to lose weight and it comes from the heart then you will stick with your program.
You know the saying –
“if its important you will find a way if not you will find an excuse”
Your reason for changing your body should be so emotional to you.
Heres my 3 step plan for success
1) Write down all the reasons why you want to have the body of your dreams.
2) Now write down how you will feel once you achieve your goal body – how will you feel and how will it change your life, what could you accomplish?
3) Finally write down how your life will be and what you will miss out on if you do not make this change.
– be honest – the more honest the better, if you cry that’s great as means you are truly getting in touch with your emotional reasons.
Now the FUN part – Ever Heard about Mind Movies?
It goes like this…
You need to make up your own little mind movie or story
Your the director and the actress
Now produce a scene where you are looking fabulous, inshape and are really happy – OK Yes Christian Grey from 50 shades of grey can be in your movie – ha ha
Now get in touch with your feelings, How you look, what you are doing, – It should make you excited and super motivated to make that vision real.
Play that movie in your mind every morning and every night before bed –
This is called reprogramming your thoughts, which will help you change your behaviours

The simplicity of it all is ONCE you understand how to train your brain you only need to do the following 3 simple steps to succeed:
- Incorporate 3 -4 Dynamic strength and weight training sessions into your week
- Eat balanced – 4-5 clean meals per day 6 days per week – so eat every 3 hours
- Train you mind, thoughts and how you see yourself DAILY for unstoppable success.
So mirror your idols actions –
if you want to look like a Fitness model – eat, breath and live like a fitness model
