Here is How the 21 Day Body Makeover Works
The program starts Monday Feb. 2nd
1. I will be personally coaching a group of 57 participants through the program starting Feb. 2nd. (no-one will be going it alone)
I have split the program into 3 Distinct Phases
Phase One is Fat Flush Week.
1. You start with my Fat Flush Meal Plan to rapidly get your body into Response Mode, where you are working with your body to burn Fat and tone up Fast.
The plan gives you Exact serving sizes, heaps of variety and even has a handy shopping list.
2. You also Follow the daily workout program I set you.
I have setup a program of “responsive” workouts that focus on transforming your tummy, hips and thighs fast…
Just decide if you are going to follow beginner, intermediate or advanced and download and print the workouts or follow along on your mobile/device.
Easier Versions of Exercises are included with each workout to help you get started even if you are a beginner.
The workouts are structured so you can do them at home with a couple of bits of equipment or complete them at any gym.
3. Check in Daily to my VIP Membership site for accountability and motivation from me and my Team of Supportive Clients.
4. I am Coaching the Program so you can also directly ask my any questions you have.
5. Bonus Recipes
I have added some delicious recipes that are easy to prepare to the 21 Day Body Makeover Guide.
You can slot these meals right into any meal on the meal plan.
Phase Two is “Tone and Tighten Week”
I add some twists to your nutrition this week and the workouts are focused on Toning and Tightening your tummy, hips and butt.
Phase 3 is Makeover week
This is where add some of my awesome “Hollywood Makeover” tips to have you looking amazing and feeling incredible.
