Just decide if you are going to follow beginner, intermediate or advanced and download and print the workouts or follow along on your mobile/device.

Easier Versions of Exercises are included with each workout to help you get started even if you are a beginner.

The workouts are structured so you can do them at home with a couple of bits of equipment or complete them at any gym.

    Hi, my name’s Dallas and I’m 15 years old.
    My mum showed me this website and I’m trying to let all of this sink in but i do have 1 or 2 questions.

    I am a really fussy eater, and I only seem to like plain food likes pasta. I do eat a lot of fruit; apples, oranges, grapes, mandarins, strawberries. But i don’t like any vegetables unless its potatoes. I hate the taste of any other vegetables and I’m scared to try anything else just in case i don’t like it. I eat a lot of junk food because there’s pretty much nothing that i like to eat with is healthy.

    I’m not fat or anything, and I’m in the middle of having a high metabolism and a low one. I only seem to gaining a little bit more weight around my stomach and thighs and i’ve noticed I’m getting a lot chubbier around my cheeks.

    I was only just wondering how can i eat healthy when i barely like or eat any other foods. I’ve been eating the same foods since I was seven practically. I purchased a 28 day fat burning tea a couple of hours ago, but it was until an hour ago that my mum decided to show me this, who has been following your program for a while now. My mum’s always offering for me to come with the gym with her but the thing is, is that i have absolutely no motivation.

    I do do a few workouts here and there and I’m starting to do them more since its coming into summer and i want to get a summer body to show off to both my friends and my boyfriend. My workouts are only small, and i usually just work on my abs and cardio, since i have asthma, I’ve been told that running and doing cardio seems to help it a lot.

    Sorry for such a long paragraph, but i need help. How do I eat heath when I’m such a fussy eater and I crave junk food?

      Hey Dallas thanks so much for getting in touch.
      With eating healthy food it’s all about retraining yourself.
      So start with small changes and build on those.
      Once you associate eating pure foods with having more energy, and feeling better in your body it becomes a lot easier.
      Eating pure foods will also help a lot with your asthma.
