The Best Fat Burn Workout
Looking for a workout that will help you achieve your dream body?

Want a full body workout to do when you don’t feel like working out?
I love this one and it has helped me get in an awesome workout on the mornings when I was feeling flat.
The best part is you can do this workout over and over again if you just change the exercises
Oh by the way did I tell you the workout is 450 reps but it so does not feel like it.
Ok here is the workout to do when you don’t feel like working out….
Cardio options:
I used cardio machines but you can do sprints outdoors, steps, skipping rope, step ups – just do 5 mins of intervals – 50 secs power intensity and 10 secs recovery – repeat 5x for 5 minutes.
SET 1
500 mtrs – X trainer moderate resistance OR 5mins Cardio intervals
10 x Pushups

10 x Weighted Squats

10 x Dips

10 x Shoulder press

10 x Lunges

Now repeat the above 5 Exercises in that exact order for 3 rounds
That’s your first 150 reps
SET 2
500 mtrs – Rower OR 5mins Cardio intervals
10 x Straight arm raise

10 x Single leg step ups

10 x Side arm raises

10 x Squat jumps

10 x bicep curls

Now repeat the above 5 Exercises in that exact order for 3 rounds
That’s 300 reps
SET 3
500 mtrs or 1km Treadmill OR 5mins Cardio intervals
10 x tricep narrow pushups

10 x jump lunges

10 x renegade rows

10 x squat press

10 x reach to toes crunches
Now repeat the above 5 Exercises in that exact order for 3 rounds
That’s your 450 reps – Woo Hoo – You should feel great
