How to Tone up Fast

I always get asked how can I tone up fast

The good news is you can feel toned in just 60mins

Just do a 45 min weight training session and your muscles will be pumped

To look toned just requires consistency in clean eating and lifting weights

Now When I say toned I do not mean looking like a body builder

I am meaning Lean, Tight and Sexy Toned

No jiggle, no flab, no dimples and def no drooping

You can be really skinny and NOT toned

I call this “Skinny Fat”

A flabby skinny body is caused by a build up of fat in the body (more specifically a high percentage of fat) in the body.

You can be light on the scales and flabby due to a low muscle composition and high body fat composition.

Muscle weighs more then fat: less fat more muscle = tight and toned body.

See the girl who is 18% bodyfat- she weighs the same on the scales as the girl who is 25% bodyfat.

And the girl who is 18% bodyfat is a size 10 and the girl who is 25% bodyfat is a size 14- yet they both weigh the same on the scales….

What body would you prefer?

Strength training gives you a toned body

Strength training is the kind of training that reduces your body fat and transforms the look of your body from soft and spongy to toned and defined.

Programs that only contain cardio may eventually make your overall shape smaller but they won’t transform your shape.

Using Cardio Alone: – If your body shape is a pear it will just become a smaller pear.

If your body shape is an apple your body will only become a smaller apple.

Will I bulk up if I do strength training?


This is one of the most common questions that I hear from the girls when it comes to strength training.

It is extremely difficult for women to gain muscle and look like those terrifying pictures of 80’s female body builders.  To get this look the abuse of steroids, hours of specialised training each day (an entirely different training protocol) and huge amounts of food are required.

Nothing is going to tone your body faster than doing weights, and girls your body wont bulk up unless your calorie intake is out of control (and in that case you are going to bulk up without doing weights…if you know what I mean…)

Most of the training she did with me was strength training- and see how small and toned she was able to get. We did about 15% cardio and 85% strength training.

    I’m 50 years old. 175cm tall and weigh 98kg. My stomach is my biggest problem. But since I started working out really hard, including toned up, I feel flatten with my stomach, especially when I wake up in the morning. The only thing is, once I eat even a little bit, or drinking water, my stomach straight away popping out again like a balloon. What work out will be more helpful for me, mainly for the stomach area?

    I am 25 years, 58 kg, 167 cm is my height. My stomach is my basic problem. few months back i had less intake of water due to which i gained fat over my stomach and thighs. Whenrver i eat any thing light or heavy my stomach pops out. Due to very busy schedule i am not able to go for workout. What diet plan or wat plan should i follow so as to get my tummy flat as i had it before. PLease help.

    I’m 15 years old 5’7″ and weigh 120-121 I want to get a stomach like the picture at the very top and tone and buold up my legs and glutes. I have no clue what can get me those results please help

    I’ve always been very skinny and recently started doing strength training 5 days a week, resting 2 days to build muscle. I’m eating 5 small healthy meals a day which consist of fruit/veg/carbs/protein. Can you advise me if my routine is correct and if there is anything I should be doing? Thank you

    I am skinny but my bottom hangs and is bigger than the rest of me. My thighs and tummy are flabb. I also have skinny legs. What exercises would you recommend please
