In this post I reveal how you can have the body of your dreams with just a few tweaks to your eating
you see you should never be hungry if your trying to get a flat tummy
If you are hungry when ever you are trying to lose weight then that’s your first sign that you are going to fail.
The reason your hungry is in most cases caused by either:
1) Not eating enough
Or
2) Eating the wrong types of food – food that’s just not satisfying your body’s nutrition requirement or needs.
Lets look at the first reason:
1) Not enough Food

By not eating enough food you are sending your body into starvation mode
When you deprive yourself of food your body can’t function efficiently.
Your metabolism slows down so much that your body stops burning fat and starts hoarding fat.
Your metabolism only works when it is being constantly stimulated and the best way to do this is to eat regular meals throughout the day.
When you are on a diet your body releases powerful chemicals to let you now its time to eat.
These powerful chemicals are what cause those unbearable cravings that start every time you go on a diet.
These chemicals are released by your body because it is craving nutrition…
But somehow muffins, pastries, chips and chocolates are what people reach for when the cravings become unbearable…
and its no surprise that these are the exact worst foods for a flat tummy.
2) Eating the wrong types of food

This is the BIG mistake most people make
You get all your calories in but you are so hungry you eat more
By eating more calories you are no longer in deficit and the scales do not change or go up…..
So why would you be hungry if you got in all your required calories
Because your calories are coming from foods that are not satisfying your body’s nutritional requirements
They maybe satisfying your tastebuds for a few minutes but soon after your body is sending signals for more food –
What its really saying is that it needs more nutritious food.
Its like depriving a new born baby her mothers milk and filling her bottle with COKE.
Shes had the calories but will still be crying as she has not had the nutrients she requires.
I have seen this mistake been repeated time and time again by clients
I would give them a meal plan to follow
But they would start substituting this for that and skipping this and adding that
They think oh its kind of the same it should be ok
But ITS NOT
You see the foods on my meal plans are real wholefoods especially chosen to satisfy your body and fill you up
Substituting real food for fake chemically altered foods manufactured in a factory is just the reason why so many people are overweight and carrying excess body fat.
Do not be fooled by clever manipulation of words printed on the packaging of diet, low fat, gluten free and wonder weightloss foods
Packaged foods claim to be healthy and good for the waist line but the calories in those foods do nothing for your body and actually make you eat more.
All the chemicals also destroy your tastebuds
So when you go to real food you cannot appreciate it as you should until you get all that garbage from the processed junk out of your system.
Many of my clients who just followed the meal plans I gave them were shocked at how much food they were eating and were never hungry
You always hear about food eating contests and they are usually things like, pies, hot dogs, ribs, – basically high sugar, salt and fatty garbage foods
You never hear of a broccoli or lettuce or apple eating competition.
The reason is its really hard to eat a lot of fresh wholefoods as you get so full from all the nutrients and fibre.
So make sure the food you are eating is in its natural unprocessed state.
think to yourself, if your great grandmother could not recognise the food then you probably should not eat it.
You see back then everyone ate real food, full fat, well balanced home cooking.
It was unusual to see an overweight person
So we should all take a lesson from that and try to implement the below lifestyle changes to reflect those times
· Buy Fresh – fill up on as much green vegeatables as you can
· Cook healthy wholesome meals
· Eat at regular times
· Eat at a dinner table and enjoy your food
· Save treats for Super special occasions
