		<description><![CDATA[Hey Michelle! that’s no good! These factors will cause fluctuation on the scales- time of the month (2-4kgs of water retention), medication and super hot weather (water retention) and irregular trips to the bathroom.

I eat clean 80% of the time, exercise regularly and still can not seem to lose any weight.
I have upped the anty on my exercise with daily personal training and I attend 4-5 bikrum yoga classes a week... still no luck... why is my body hanging on to the weight?
I am approx 10 kilos above my healthy range.... 
Any suggestions?]]></description>
