Here is a bit more about me, and how I got started as a flat tummy expert.

 

It all started with me personally being out of shape and unhappy.

 

Lets just say that when it comes to being in great shape I have less than average genetics…

 

I found out the hard way that for some people it’s really hard to get into shape….

 

It took me years of frustration and research on my own body to learn what I have learnt to get into shape.

 

And even to this day if I am not really focussed on my eating and training my body will start getting out of shape much faster than anyone I know…

 

What I once viewed as my curse is actually my blessing.

 

This is because it forced me to learn what really works to get my body into shape, and then allowed me to help thousands of other people get their bodies into great shape as well…

Years before I started in the fitness industry I was frustrated by the way I looked and felt.

 

I desperately wanted to change my body.

 

I made some changes to my food.

 

I started walking every day.

 

Still no change.

 

I tried workout videos at home.   I found that after doing them a couple of times I was just too bored to do them again…

 

I joined a gym.

 

I did exercise classes after work every day.

 

On some weekends I did more exercise classes in the hope that I would start to get a result.

 

As I became even more desperate, I was the only person who stayed in the room at the end of a class when everyone else left and I did the next exercise class as well.

 

I got a little fitter but I still didn’t change my body.

 

I tried restrictive diets but they would only last a few days and then I would have a massive blow-out and then the guilt was overwhelming.

 

Even after spending hours a week at my local gym I still felt like I didn’t belong.

 

One day in desperation I even bought an Ab-exerciser from daytime television. I can tell you first hand that you cannot reduce your tummy by working on your abs alone.

 

I hired exercise equipment for my home. A huge treadmill had the pride of place in the tiny lounge room of my apartment.

 

Even when I had exercise equipment at home I wasn’t getting results and soon I wasn’t even motivated to use it.

 

I wasted thousands of dollars on every exercise and diet imaginable, if “they” said it worked out came my credit card.

 

But I still wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. I still had a yearning for that body I could see in my dreams.

 

Nothing was changing.

 

I wasted months and years trying to workout by myself and got nowhere.

 

I didn’t think anyone else had my problem, I just thought that there was something wrong with me.

 

Why was it when I made changes to my food and went to the gym that I didn’t get a result?

 

Why did my body not respond the way I thought everyone else’s does?

 

I just didn’t know what to do and my tears and frustration were building inside.

 

I tried it ALL and NONE of it worked for me.

 

I needed a different strategy, something that fitted into my lifestyle, something I felt comfortable doing, and something that was sustainable and just made sense.

 

I KNEW there had to be something more to it, something I was missing, something I was doing wrong and I was determined to find out what it was…

 

So what was my new approach?

 

I literally spent HUNDREDS of hours studying. I read every book I could get my hands on about fitness and nutrition.

 

I researched all the techniques used by fitness trainers, figure models and athletes. I found out how body builders can have body fat as low as 3%,  while your average person in the street has at least 30-40% body fat.

 

I studied and tried things that worked and others that didn’t. I spent days and weeks then months learning what was the best way to lose weight.

 

I found out what worked, I found out what doesn’t work and I put this into a simple program.

 

The program I put together didn’t just work on myself, after testing it on myself I tested it on my whole family and everyone got a fantastic result.

 

The great thing about my program is that it is simple and it works for very busy people who just don’t have time to spend hours at the gym.

Soon people who had seen my body change started practically BEGGING me to help them lose weight…

 

So I gave a few pointers here and there but I actually didn’t put too much thought into it… But guess what?

 

The first person I helped lost 14 kilos in less than 9 weeks.  The next person I helped lost 23 kilos in just 5 months.

 

I realised that I loved helping people who felt they were stuck, just like I used to feel.

 

Then I started actually training other people.

 

I became a personal trainer to share my experiences, my knowledge and my proven system, to transform the bodies of people that are just like me.

 

At first I got a job as a personal trainer at a well known chain of gyms.

 

I quickly became frustrated when I found out the management didn’t care one tiny bit if the personal trainers actually got people results or not. All they cared about were the numbers… this wasn’t the reason I became a personal trainer.

 

I knew if I was going help people get into incredible shape I’d have to break away from the industry standards and set up my own training facility. So I went off on my own and started Oxygen Personal Training Studio.

 

Soon I was able to help so many people get the bodies that they dreamed of so much faster than they thought possible.  Demand for my training exploded!

No fitness studio or trainer was able to even come close to matching the results I able to achieve.

 

What’s really cool, is most of the people I trained felt just like I used to feel.  They felt that they could NEVER have a great body.  I was able to get them defined and toned in almost the blink of an eye… and the changes were astonishing.

 

Now fast forward to 2012 – over the last 10 years I have implemented this program for over 2046 people who are able to achieve life changing results in as little as 56 Days.

 

For many years I have trained as many people I have been able to handle.   Even though I was starting at 5:15am and finishing at 9:00 at night there was a waiting list so long to join my program that I had to stop adding people to the list.

 

People who couldn’t train in my studio have literally begged me to help them.

 

And I have realised that to help more people I needed to take a new approach.

 

So that’s how the Flat Tummy Solution program was born.

 

Because I personally know how it feels to be out of shape and I have what you would call “less than average” genetics, my program takes a radically different approach to other programs out there.

 

Almost all the programs out there have been put together by people who have never been out of shape.  They don’t even know how it feels to be out of shape.   They think that what works for them is going to work for everyone.

 

My program works for all people, even those people with “Average” or “Less than Average” genetics
